If you choose not to purchase the Worry-Free Guarantee, please be certain of your purchase, as we do not offer returns, refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges.

Before ordering, we strongly recommend verifying the case number of your watch. It is engraved between the lugs at the 12:00 position and is also listed on your warranty card or papers. This is very important because many different links and straps look alike but are not interchangeable.
